Orders once placed, may be cancelled only before shipment is dispatched.

Money will not be refunded. A Credit Note will be issued for use within 3 months, from date of issue.

Return Policy: 

We do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy, We accept Exchange only in case of manufacturing defects, or if you receive the product damaged. If the outer box is damaged in transit, or otherwise also, kindly make an unboxing video. Chances are the tent might be safe inside, due to 3 layers of packing. If the Tent is damaged, we will exchange with a brand new piece of the same design
