Question 14

Is it possible to exchange an item I bought for a different color after a year?

Question 15

Can I return a product that has been opened and partially used?

Accepted Answer

No. Once a tent has been unpacked, set up or used, it can't be returned. It can no longer be sold as new. Please check your tent as soon as it arrives, and tell us straight away about any manufacturing defect or damage in transit.

Accepted Answer
