Order and Payment Terms:

1. Pricing: Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, net banking, etc. No cash on delivery.
3. Order Cancellation: Orders once placed, may be cancelled only before shipment is dispatched from our factory. A Credit Note will be issued for use within 3 months, from date of issue.
4. Refunds: Only a Credit Note will be issued for use within 3 months, from date of issue.

Return Policy:

We do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy, We accept Exchange only in case of manufacturing defects, or if you receive the product damaged. If the outer box is damaged in transit, or otherwise also kindly make an unboxing video. Chances are the tent might be safe inside, due to 3 layers of packing. If the Tent is damaged, we will exchange with a brand new piece of the same design.

Shipping and Delivery:

1. Shipping Areas: Currently we ship in India Only. All finished products will be dispatched, only after receiving the 100% Payment of that Order.

2. Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout. In some cases Shipping may be Free also.

3. Delivery Timeframe: Dispatch within 2 to 3 Working Days + Transit time 2 to 7 days, depending on the remoteness of destination. While all care is taken, during dispatch, we are not liable for any unforeseen general strike, affecting road, rail transport, and natural calamity like heavy thunder showers, Floods or cyclones etc. resulting in damage or delay of Tents & Accessories.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Our General Terms & Conditions:

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or for damages caused by misuse of products, alterations, or improper installation of Tents and Accessories supplied by us.
We are not responsible for delays in courier reaching destinations or shipping time delays.
While all care is taken, we are not liable for any unforeseen general strike, affecting road, rail transport, and natural calamity like heavy thunder showers, Floods or cyclones etc. resulting in damage or delay of Tents & Accessories.
Although all schedules are well planned in advance, in case there is any delay in delivery of the goods at the destination due to any Transport Strikes, or due to any Government body and in the above mentioned circumstances we are not liable.
Any disputes which may arise will be held in the Jurisdiction of Delhi itself.
All finished products will be dispatched, only after receiving the 100% Payment of that Order.
We do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy, We accept Exchange only in case of manufacturing defects, or if you receive the product damaged. Orders can only be cancelled if the order has not been dispatched from our Factory.
In case of the above mentioned cancellation, we do not issue money refunds, we will only issue a Credit Note that can be used within 3 months from the date of issue.
